How it was made
Fruit from a wet harvest. Hand-picked. This wine is made from the riesling grape from German region Pfalz. The grape is grown entirely according to the principle of organic production. The wine is made by fermentation in wooden barrels, the entire fermentation process took place in a controlled temperature. After the finished fermentation, the wine was aged in wooden barrels (500L - second year use) for the next eight months. The result is a rounded wine, full of taste, with recognizable freshness, characteristic of the riesling variety.
Where do we get our grapes from?
Loire, France

Veneto, Italy
