How it was made

Riesling Moscatel represents one of the oldest wines in the Chateau Amsterdam range of products. Previously known under the label ''Moonlight monkey''. It is produced from the Riesling variety (85%) from the Pfalz region of Germany, and the Moscatel variety (15%) from the Priorat region of Spain. Both wines are made using the classic method for white wines, with controlled fermentation in steel tanks. After fermentation and stabilisation we did blending and we got our recognizable blend, pleasant freshness, crispness and pleasant fresh aromas.
