How it was made
This wine is made from the Pinot Grigio variety from the Veneto region in Northern Italy. It was made in the orange style, which means that we produced wine from white grapes according to the technology for red wines. The grape juice was fermented and macerated for ten days in steel tank. After that, we separated the wine from the skins, the so-called free run, using only this fraction for our future wine. We got a wine with a pleasant aroma and freshness, orange copper color, flavored with tannins and phenols obtained from the grape skins. At the end, we added 15% of the Moscatel variety from the Priorat region of Spain, in order to create another unique blend characteristic to us, and add an additional aromatic flavor to our wine.
