This rose is not your average Provence rose. This is a gastronomical and fruity rose, interesting with for example oisters; not complex, light-bodied and with a fresh finish. Interesting.

How it was made
The wine is a blend of two muscat grape varieties. Blauer Muskateller and Muskateller, both come from the same producer and from same German wine region Baden-Württemberg. The wine is made using the classic technique for white wine, press fraction of blauer muskateler (blue grape) and muskatteler (white grape) are fermented together, under controlled conditions. In this way, we got dark pink colored, easy drinkable and fresh wine, with floral aromas.
