Moscatel x Pétillant Naturel (ES) '22

Our Pet-nat is made from varaity Moscatel 100% Spain, Priorat. This wine is made using a special method. We start the fermentation by seeding the yeasts, we constantly monitor the fermentation process, at a certain moment when we estimate that a sufficient amount of total sugar has fermented, we do the bottling, so that the fermentation ends in the bottle. This leads to natural carbonation in the bottle. The wine does not contain sulfur additives, acid, not filtered, with noticeable residue in the bottle. In this way, we got a fresh, crisp, sparkling (a bit explosive) wine, with a harmonious ratio of acids and citrus aromas.
