How it was made

Sweet Moscatel is our first fortified wine. The wine is made in traditional stile for the white muscate wines, with controlled fermentation in steel tanks. After maturing and aging in steel tanks, we started the process of enriching the wine by adding alcohol and concentrated grape sugar. As a product, we got a sweet dessert wine with increased alcohol content, supported by balanced fresh acids, with pleasant citrus aromas.
