How it was made
A sunny year with very ripe fruit. Hand-picked. This wine is crafted from garnacha grapes grown in Spain's prestigious Priorat region. The wine first ferments in stainless steel tanks, followed by 8 months of aging in the same vessels. It then spends 4 months maturing in (second year use) 500-liter French oak barrels. After a year of careful aging, the result is a rounded, full-bodied wine that offers excellent fruitiness and freshness, dominated by vibrant cherry aromas.
