How it was made
This Syrah is crafted from grapes sourced from our partner Matilde Broto in France's Languedoc region. The wine undergoes traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a two-week skin maceration period. After fermentation, 85% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels and 15% in American oak barrels for one year. The final blend results in a well-rounded, full-bodied wine with a long, fruity finish, complemented by subtle vanilla and oak notes.
