TASTING NOTES
The wine reveals a medium ruby-red color and a bouquet of red cherries, berries, spices, licorice, dried figs, and leather. The taste is juicy and soft, featuring red fruit, subtle spices, and an elegant finish with gentle acidity. An enjoyable balance of aroma and flavor.

ABOUT THE GRAPE
50% gamay from Château la Varière in Loire and 50% malbec from Mathilde Broto in the French Languedoc-Roussillon.

The ideal serving temperature for this Gamay/Malbec is around 15-17˚ C (59-62F). This temperature provides the perfect balance to showcase the aromas and flavors of the wine. However, this wine can also be enjoyed slightly chilled at around 12-14˚ C (54-57F).
