How it was made

Our Gamay Malbec bland is a combination of two French varieties, in proportion 50:50. Gamay comes from the north of France from the Loire valley, Malbec is from the south of France from appellation Languedoc. The wines were made by the classic method, fermented and macerated separately in steel tanks, for two weeks. After malolactic fermentation and stabilisation we did blending and we got a unique blend, medium-bodied, pleasant tannins and pronounced fruitiness.
