How it was made
Early harvest, high acidity. Hand-picked. This sparkling wine is crafted from chardonnay grapes grown in Germany's Pfalz region. The primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following this, the wine, with help of, Sekt- und Wein- manufaktur Stengel, undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the méthode traditionnelle (the same prestigious method used in Champagne). The result is an elegant and rounded sparkling wine; fresh, crispy and refreshing with the recognizable characteristic of the variety chardonnay.
