How it was made
This elegant pinot noir showcases wild berries handpicked at optimal ripeness. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure fruit character, the wine then matured for ten months in seasoned 225L French oak barrels (second and forth year use). This careful aging in older barrels adds to the wine's natural characteristics while adding subtle complexity. The result is a beautifully rounded wine with vibrant fruit notes complemented by pine nuances and a subtle smoky undertone. The palate is full and harmonious, perfectly balancing fruit with gentle oak influence.
