This wine loves food and food loves this wine. It goes perfectly with roasted duck, boeuf bourguignon, grilled tuna, mushroom risotto and ratatouille.

How it was made

Fermented and aged for 8 months in concrete tanks with French oak staves with medium toast. Except for a low level of added sulfites (which we use to prevent the growth of unwanted microorganisms), and our organic wine yeast, this wine doesn’t contain any other additives – just grape juice. We used a cellulose filter to clear the wine.
