How it was made
This wine is made from the corvina variety (60%) from the Veneto region in Northern Italy and the French variety cabernet franc (40%) from the Loire valley. Corvina fermented and matured completely in a steel tank. Cabernet franc fermented in a steel tank, and we matured it in a concrete tank, with the use of oak alternatives in the form of oak staves. After maturation and aging of one year we performed blending and got a fresh matured wine with pleasant aromas of red fruit, mild acids, and a slight presence of oak notes.
