Tasting notes

This is a somewhat spicy red wine blend with notes of tobacco, leather, black fruit, forest fruit and peppers.

Spain’s third-largest city, Valencia, is situated right on the Mediterranean and is known for its pleasantly warm climate. Thanks to being located a bit further inland, our partner PlantVid enjoy a more continental climate which helps to produce great quality grapes.

This is a low-intervention wine using spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeast (naturally present in the grapes) and no filtering of the wine. It was made by our founding winemaker.

This is one to be enjoyed, today, tomorrow, right now - in the company of smiling faces. Perfect for those lazy days when you slow cook your favourite stew together with family and friends. Goes perfectly together with wild game, red meat, stews. This is a food wine with pretty tannins.

Eye: Ruby red, medium intensity.
Nose: tobacco, leather, black fruit, forest fruit
Mouth: Herbs and spices.
Finish: Pretty tannins. Some peppers; a little bit spicy
Identity: a food wine with pretty tannins
