Baroness d'A '24 - Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from carefully selected grapes grown in Germany's Pfalz region, then given six months in French oak barrels to layer in complexity without losing the variety's natural lift. It opens with ripe citrus, white peach and gooseberry, laced with a gentle hint of vanilla, toasted almond and light spice from the oak. On the palate it turns soft and rounded while holding onto that lively Sauvignon freshness, closing on a long, creamy finish with a touch of minerality.
