A red that knows how to keep your evening interesting; silently entering the table in disguise and carrying the conversation until the small hours. Somewhat spicy, with notes like tobacco and black pepper.
Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. Spontaneous fermentation. No additives except for a minimum level of added sulfites.
