Priorat, Spain
Priorat is somewhat of a mecca of the wine world. The volcanic history of the region left behind a rocky, wild terrain that's full of character. Those rough and tough soils are exactly what the grapevines need to flourish.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, this wine was a late bloomer that required angelic patience. The grapes, with the same origin, found each other in Amsterdam. Besides a low level of added sulfites to prevent unwanted microorganism growth and our organic wine yeast, the wine only contains grape juice. We used a cellulose filter to clarify it.

This Mediterranean wine flourishes when served with South-European dishes. It enriches grilled meats like lamb or beef as well as hearty stews. Also, try to pair it with cheeses, paella, or roasted vegetables. A great way to back up holiday memories.
